it's probably because Twinkle is really only four notes with slightly different pauses, repetitions, and phrasing. that's why it is one of the first exercises piano students learn.

unfortunately, Miike's next appearance in the anime isn't till ep1034. in the manga after that it isn't till chapters 1091-93 *tankobon volumes 102 & 103* and they haven't been animated yet. so we'll have to wait awhile after 1034.

right now the most recent manga canon episodes are eps1045 & 46 covering chapters 1047-50 *tankobon volumes 98 & 99*. so we're more than 40 manga chapters away (if TMS animates ALL the chapters in-between 1050-1091). but my research also says that Miike doesn't make any anime original appearances either. of course, my sources could be incorrect. :D

well the Soprano diva lady from that case seasons ago thought he might have 'perfect intellectual pitch' but he's just not able to SING. he can tell the notes and differences since Shinichi plays violin like his hero Holmes. also, Conan was able to pick up on the classic touch tone telephone tones from Vermouth's call to Karasuma and remember (after a bit of study) The Boss' phone number. :D maybe something as simplistic and repetitive as Twinkle Twinkle he can get right. :D it really only is four or so notes repeated over and over again with slightly different pauses and phrasing.
